Indonesia beat Bangladesh 9-2 at Jakarta's Gelora Bung Karno Stadium on October 1 to reach the Division One final of the FIFA ASEAN Cup. Mitchell Lee Baker scored five goals, with Rizky Ridho, Justin Hubner, Luke Vickery and Kevin Diks adding the other four. Shahriar Emon and Farhaan Ali Wahid scored for Bangladesh, who trailed 6-1 at halftime. Malaysia beat Singapore 6-0 in Bandung but missed the final. Indonesia and Malaysia finished with seven points and equal goal difference, with Indonesia advancing on goals scored.
