The IDF announced Monday that Saturday airstrikes in northern Gaza killed Hamas cell commander Majed Ahmed Mustafa Sabbagh and operatives Abdullah Mohammed Khamis Jaber and Amer Bashir Mohammed Khourani. The military said the three had recently advanced attacks against Israeli troops and civilians and worked to restore Hamas’s capabilities, violating the ceasefire. It said Jaber assisted weapons production, Sabbagh commanded a cell in Tuffah, and Khourani belonged to Hamas’s military engineering battalion in Jabalia. The IDF said precision munitions and aerial surveillance were used to mitigate civilian harm; its announcement gave no civilian-casualty figures.
