Yemen’s armed forces said on Sunday that their air force had struck Houthi targets in Sanaa and Saada, without identifying the specific sites. Colonel Majed al-Nuzaili, the military spokesman, also announced 97 targeting operations against Houthi reinforcements on the Tur al-Baha front and Taiz axis. He said the operations used warplanes, drones, artillery, missiles and snipers, and claimed that 44 military, transport and supply vehicles were destroyed or damaged. The statement described the Sanaa and Saada targets as vital but supplied no breakdown of casualties from those strikes.
