Fourth Lentegeur Shooting Victim Dies as Police Hunt Four Suspects

A woman wounded in the September 30 shooting in Lentegeur, Mitchells Plain, died in hospital on October 1, police confirmed, bringing the death toll to four. Police found two men dead in Blombos Street and a third in Eisleben Road after he reportedly fled. Investigators say four armed suspects arrived in a white Nissan Almera with tinted windows, opened fire and escaped. Anti-Gang Unit detectives are seeking witnesses and CCTV footage. The motive remains unconfirmed, with police examining possible gang links and calling for the suspects' swift identification and arrest.
