Saudi Civil Defense said falling fragments from the interception of a ballistic missile injured a resident in Ahad Rafidah governorate in Saudi Arabia's Asir region. The debris also damaged a prayer room inside a building and vehicles, according to the agency's statement published on October 2. The statement described the damage as resulting from interception fragments, rather than reporting a direct missile strike on the prayer room. It did not identify the injured resident or give the severity of the injury or the number of vehicles damaged.
