Dangote Refinery Opens 4.1 Billion-Share IPO at ₦525 Each

Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals opened a public offer of 4.1 billion ordinary shares at ₦525 each on September 14. The offer began at 8:00 a.m. in Lagos and is scheduled to close on October 13, 2026. Eligible investors may apply for a minimum of 10 shares, costing ₦5,250, through receiving agents approved by Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission or through electronic application channels. The official offer site warns that share values may rise or fall and directs prospective investors to review the prospectus before applying.
