São Paulo Court Denies 99Food Appeal in Keeta Contract Dispute

São Paulo's Court of Justice recorded a unanimous judgment on September 29 in a commercial dispute between Keeta Delivery Brazil and 99 Food. The 2nd Reserved Business Law Chamber partly granted Keeta's appeal and denied 99Food's appeal. The case followed a 2025 first-instance ruling over restaurant contract provisions that Keeta said kept restaurants from working with its delivery platform.
