MAGA Inc. disclosed $10 million in independent expenditures for Texas’s U.S. Senate race in a Federal Election Commission filing signed September 5. The group allocated $5 million to support Republican nominee Ken Paxton and $5 million to oppose Democratic nominee James Talarico. Both expenditures, paid to Del Ray Media LLC, cover connected-TV and digital advertising first disseminated September 5. The filing lists September 4 as the obligation date and Charles Gantt as the filer. The group’s official account released separate tax-focused advertisements promoting Paxton and criticizing Talarico.
