A Russian drone struck the central headquarters of Ukraine’s Security Service on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Friday. He said the drone targeted the acting SBU chief’s office in the building, which stands opposite St. Sophia Cathedral in the historic center of the Ukrainian capital. Zelenskyy described the attack as a deliberate strike on central Kyiv and said he had ordered Ukraine’s forces to prepare a tangible response. His official account did not specify the time of the strike or provide casualty and damage figures.
