Ukrainian officials said Russian strikes killed 12 people, eight in Kyiv and four in Boryspil, and injured at least 20. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said seven people died at a Kyiv railway depot, while one victim was an Indian citizen who would have turned 26 that day. Interior Minister Ivan Vyhivskyi said a five-story residential building in Boryspil was heavily damaged, about 50 residents were evacuated and two people were rescued from rubble. Nearly 350 emergency workers were deployed across the capital and surrounding region.
