U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio denied on Monday that Washington had paused intelligence sharing with Ukraine, responding to a question about President Volodymyr Zelensky’s claim that some sharing had stopped earlier in the week. Rubio said there had been no pause and urged Zelensky to focus on ending the war. In separate remarks, he said U.S. European Command was investigating a software problem that had affected Ukraine’s early-warning system a few nights earlier. He said he could not comment on what had happened the previous night.
