No Arrests After Qusra Attack as Police and IDF Trade Blame

Nearly a day after Israeli rioters attacked the Palestinian villages of Qusra and Jalud, authorities had made no arrests, according to three Israeli reports published Sunday. Police said three suspected vehicles were seized and the case was moved to a joint investigation involving district police, forensic investigators, Border Police and the Shin Bet. Police officials said the IDF and Border Police should have detained suspects and preserved evidence at the scene. Military sources said soldiers prioritized preventing civilian harm and dispersing the confrontation, while Border Police should have pursued those who fled.
