Hudayriyat Island Leads Abu Dhabi Home Sales for Second Quarter

Hudayriyat Island recorded AED19 billion in second-quarter residential sales, accounting for 27% of Abu Dhabi's sales value and leading the market for a second consecutive quarter. Saadiyat Island followed at AED13.3 billion, Reem and Maryah islands at AED10.5 billion, and Yas Island at AED7.3 billion. Investment zones held about 72,000 homes, more than 22% of the emirate's residential stock.
