Smotrich and Feiglin Agree to Joint Run in Israel’s October Election

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said his Religious Zionist Party and Moshe Feiglin’s Zehut agreed to run together in a technical bloc in Israel’s October election. Smotrich said the parties would retain their separate identities despite their differences. He described the agreement as an effort to consolidate the national camp and prevent votes from being lost below the electoral threshold. The arrangement creates a joint candidacy while preserving distinct party identities. Smotrich also invited other parties in the national camp to join.
