一架载有军事司法代表团从基奎特返回金沙萨的Let L-410飞机于9月25日坠毁在刚果民主共和国宽果省首府肯盖的一处居民地块上，最高军事法院第一院长约瑟夫·穆通博·卡塔拉伊中将和武装部队总审计长吕西安·勒内·利库利亚·巴库米中将遇难。军方发言人西尔万·埃肯盖少将说，另有十二名代表团成员和机组人员死亡，死亡人数达14人，而宽果省临时省长雷米·萨基称死亡人数为17人。该机由Tracep Congo Aviation运营。民航局局长特里丰·金基耶·穆伦巴说，事故原因尚不清楚，军方已展开调查。
