高等法院禁止政党接收可识别个人身份的选举日投票参与数据

以色列高等法院一致裁定,禁止投票站的政党代表向政党发送可识别个人身份的信息,以说明个别选民是否已投票。这项裁决推翻了中央选举委员会在10月27日议会选举前于9月6日作出的许可。法官雅埃尔·维尔纳、亚历克斯·斯坦和哈立德·卡布布认为,查阅投票站记录是为了选举管理和监督,而非开展竞选活动,长期沿用的做法也不能提供法定授权。该决定仍允许政党普遍联系选民并鼓励投票,但禁止从投票站实时传送可识别个人身份的已投票或未投票数据。
