The Joint List said right-wing activist Mordechai David and other activists forced their way into its Hebrew-language election campaign headquarters in Tel Aviv on Thursday evening and used violence against people inside. The confrontation took place at the Left Bank club, where Mesarvot had organized a film screening featuring interviews with military-service refusers. Police said David arrived with five other activists and that the incident ended before officers reached the scene. MK Ofer Cassif asked the Tel Aviv district police commander to investigate and make arrests, according to the party.
