Adani Airport Holdings has signed binding agreements to raise ₹9,825 crore, about $1 billion, from Alpha Wave Global, Premji Invest, Temasek and funds managed by BlackRock. The deal values the Indian airport operator at about $18 billion before the investment, with subscriptions planned in three tranches and the last expected by July 2027. The investors will collectively own about 5.54%, while Adani Enterprises remains the controlling shareholder. The company says proceeds will support airport expansion and modernisation, a first 22-million-square-foot phase of Airport City development, and capacity for about 200 million passengers a year.
