Colombia Reactivates Arrest Warrants for 46 Former Armed-Group Peace Negotiators

Colombia’s Fiscalía General reactivated 46 arrest warrants through Resolution No. 0-0263 after the government ended three peace processes. The action covers 27 people linked to the Estado Mayor de Bloques y Frentes, including Alexander Díaz Mendoza, known as Calarcá; 13 linked to the Coordinadora Nacional del Ejército Bolivariano; and six linked to the Autodefensas Conquistadoras de la Sierra Nevada. Fiscalía said the government had revoked their status as peace-process representatives, ending the warrant suspensions. The resolution was sent to judicial-police authorities for immediate execution and took effect when issued.
