Bidcorp Revenue Rises 2.8% to R242.2 Billion as Cash Generation Jumps 17.7%

South African foodservice group Bidcorp reported revenue of R242.2 billion for the year through June, up 2.8% in rand and 5% in constant currency. Trading profit rose 6.5% to R13.8 billion, while cash generated after working capital jumped 17.7% to R18.6 billion and the trading margin improved to 5.7%. Headline earnings per share reached 2,701.4 cents. Directors increased the full-year distribution 6.9% to 1,240 cents per share, including a final gross dividend of 625 cents.
